Our online booking closes at 06 pm the day before the tour. We cannot process bookings after that time.
It is only the tour operator that can cancel a tour before it starts due to weather conditions. The weather in Phuket often changes rapidly. The weather can be very bad at one instance and change to perfect sunshine soon thereafter. A tour is never cancelled due to rain, only due to too high waves for safety reasons. If you prefer not to go on the tour due to the weather, you will lose the tour with no refund.
Just call our hotline number specified on the tour voucher if the pick-up bus has not arrived 15 minutes after the specified pick-up time on the tour voucher and we will sort it out with the tour operator and call you back. This may happen when the tour operator is picking up other customers before you.
You will be notified prior to the tour and offered the tour on another day, or you will get a full refund.
Yes, you can cancel or change the date of the tour to the latest noon the day before the tour. You just need to send us an e-mail to request the change or cancellation. For cancellation we will refund 75% of your payment via PayPal. Please read our Terms & Conditions.
No, it is mandatory to submit the payment before the tour starts; the booking will not be finalized if we don’t receive the payment.

The earlier you book, the better your chance of securing your tour, especially during the high season (ranging from November until April) when most trips can get fully booked days or even weeks in advance.
A normal physical condition is required. We welcome guests of all ages and activities can fit everybody. If you know you have a certain allergy or medical condition we should know of, please bring your medication, and inform us in advance. Our adventure trips will mention which physical state you need to be in to participate.
