We are proud to be the first elephant sanctuary established on Koh Samui in Southern Thailand. Thanks to the kind support of our guests, we have opened a second sanctuary on the island so that more rescued elephants can live a life of ease and dignity.
Both sanctuaries are set on forested land, offering a safe retirement home for elephants who have worked exhausting hours in the logging and tourism industries.
Our half day programs offer a memorable experience spending time with our beautiful herd in a natural setting. It is only the tour operator that can cancel a tour before it starts due to weather conditions. The weather in Phuket often changes rapidly. The weather can be very bad at one instance and change to perfect sunshine soon thereafter. A tour is never cancelled due to rain, only due to too high waves for safety reasons. If you prefer not to go on the tour due to the weather, you will lose the tour with no refund.
Yes, you can cancel or change the date of the tour to the latest noon the day before the tour. You just need to send us an e-mail to request the change or cancellation. For cancellation we will refund 75% of your payment via PayPal. Please read our Terms & Conditions.
A normal physical condition is required. We welcome guests of all ages and activities can fit everybody. If you know you have a certain allergy or medical condition we should know of, please bring your medication, and inform us in advance. Our adventure trips will mention which physical state you need to be in to participate.
