Discover the exhilaration of being up close and personal with our rescues! This program is perfect for anyone short of time but wants to meet elephants in an ethical manner. Just head over to our camps during feeding time and you will be able to stay and take pictures and interact with the elephants in their natural setting. Please Note: At the Sanctuary, we will allow you to spend as much time as possible with the elephants. Therefore, there is no formal schedule and aside from pick-up times, the times shown here are approximations.
It is only the tour operator that can cancel a tour before it starts due to weather conditions. The weather in Phuket often changes rapidly. The weather can be very bad at one instance and change to perfect sunshine soon thereafter. A tour is never cancelled due to rain, only due to too high waves for safety reasons. If you prefer not to go on the tour due to the weather, you will lose the tour with no refund.
Yes, you can cancel or change the date of the tour to the latest noon the day before the tour. You just need to send us an e-mail to request the change or cancellation. For cancellation we will refund 75% of your payment via PayPal. Please read our Terms & Conditions.
A normal physical condition is required. We welcome guests of all ages and activities can fit everybody. If you know you have a certain allergy or medical condition we should know of, please bring your medication, and inform us in advance. Our adventure trips will mention which physical state you need to be in to participate.
